Tour Operator Information

We are a tour operator and our holidays operate under the The Package Travel Regulations 1992. What does this mean:

Your Money: all deposits and further payments are deposited in a client a/c and are only transferred into beallich’s main account on successful completion of the holiday. In the event you cancel or change your plans within the terms of our terms and conditions you may lose your deposit and other money paid to us.

Insurance: we have a policy in place that not only covers you for the activity but for all aspects of the holiday that beallich are providing.

Please note that in the majority of cases our responsibility only commences once you are arrive in the designated area for the holiday and ceases on the departure from the area.
